Information we collect
When you contact us, we may collect your name, business email address, company, telephone number, enquiry details and any information you choose to include. Our hosting and form providers may also process technical information needed to deliver and secure their services.
Why we use it
We use enquiry information to respond, arrange a discovery call, prepare a proposal, provide requested services and keep an appropriate record of the conversation. Our lawful bases are taking steps at your request before entering a contract and our legitimate interests in operating and improving our services. Where the law requires consent, we will ask for it separately.
Who receives it
Website enquiries are processed through HubSpot, our customer relationship and form provider. Our website is deployed using Cloudflare. We may also share information with professional advisers or authorities when required by law. We do not sell personal information.
International processing
Some service providers may process information outside the UK. Where this happens, we rely on the provider's applicable safeguards and contractual protections.
How long we keep it
We normally retain an enquiry for up to 24 months after our last meaningful contact, unless it becomes part of an ongoing client relationship or a longer period is required for legal, accounting or dispute purposes.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection to processing. You may withdraw consent where consent is the lawful basis.
